I forward herewith the following reports, plans, photographs, etc., to be sent to the Secretary of State for the Colonies, so that they may be submitted to the Air Ministry, as per 1 of Secretary of State's telegram of 25th January, 1928.

1. Plan A. Scale 8 inches - 1 mile.

A general plan with contours of area around the site.

2. Plan B. Scale 1 inch 200 feet.

A suggested lay-out for an Air Port.

3. Wind Force and Direction Diagrams.

The diagrams have been compiled from the hourly wind velocity and direction for each month over a period of 5 years from 1923 to 1927 taken at the Royal Observatory. 4. Copy of covering letter dated 19th August 1927 and

Note. The plan referred to on Page 3, para.2 of this

Report was a rough outline diagram only, and, as a result of subsequent discussion, the camber and moles have been deleted from the scheme shown in

Plan B, as the question of protecting moles can be left in abeyance for the present.
